Attempt to Balkanize the 9th Circuit Blocked
Real quick...the San Jose Mercury News is reporting that Republican plans to break up the 9th Circuit have stalled in the Senate-dropped from the budget bill apparently.
If true, this will certainly put a crimp in the right's plans to remake the Federal courts.
